The Engagement inbox brings every comment from your connected accounts into one place so you can respond without jumping between apps. Instead of logging into each platform separately, you open Hivra, pick the account or channel view you want, and handle your community from a single screen. Engagement is available on the Creator plan and above.Documentation Index

Supported platforms
Hivra surfaces comments from the following platforms when you have a connected account for each:- TikTok
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Threads
Platform APIs determine which comment types are available. Not every interaction (for example, Instagram Story replies) is accessible through official APIs, so some comment types may not appear in the inbox.
Switching between accounts
When you have multiple connected accounts, the account switcher at the top of the Engagement screen lets you filter the inbox by a single account or view all channels at once.- All channels — shows comments from every connected account in the active workspace, sorted by recency.
- Individual account — filters the inbox to one platform account, useful when you want to focus on a specific community.
New activity badges
When new comments arrive since you last opened the inbox, Hivra displays a badge count on the Engagement navigation item. Inside the inbox, unread or new comments are highlighted so you can see at a glance what needs attention. The badge clears as you view the new activity.Reading and replying to comments
Select any comment thread to expand it. From there you can:Read the full thread
Hivra loads the comment and any existing replies so you have full context before responding.
Type your reply
Click the reply field beneath the comment and type your response. The reply is attributed to the connected account for that platform.
Liking comments
To like a comment, click the heart or thumbs-up icon next to it. The like is applied through the platform’s API and counts toward native engagement on that post. Unliking follows the same action — click the icon again to toggle it off.TikTok notes
TikTok has a distinct comment format called Notes — longer-form text responses that TikTok surfaces differently from standard comments. Hivra surfaces TikTok Notes in the Engagement inbox alongside regular comments so you can read them in context.Due to TikTok API restrictions, the ability to reply to or like TikTok Notes from within Hivra may be limited. Check the inbox for the current supported actions for each TikTok comment type.
