The Engagement inbox brings every comment from your connected accounts into one place so you can respond without jumping between apps. Instead of logging into each platform separately, you open Hivra, pick the account or channel view you want, and handle your community from a single screen. Engagement is available on the Creator plan and above.

Supported platforms

Hivra surfaces comments from the following platforms when you have a connected account for each:
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • Facebook
  • X (Twitter)
  • Threads
Platform APIs determine which comment types are available. Not every interaction (for example, Instagram Story replies) is accessible through official APIs, so some comment types may not appear in the inbox.TikTok does not expose comments or replying via API at this time.

Switching between accounts

When you have multiple connected accounts, the account switcher sidebar at the left side of the Engagement screen lets you filter the inbox by a single account or view all channels at once.
  • All platforms — shows comments from every connected account in the active workspace, sorted by recency.
  • Individual account — filters the inbox to one platform account, useful when you want to focus on a specific community.
Select the account name or avatar in the switcher to toggle between views.

New activity badges

When new comments arrive since you last opened the inbox, Hivra displays a badge count on the Engagement navigation item. Inside the inbox, unread or new comments are highlighted so you can see at a glance what needs attention. The badge clears as you view the new activity.

Reading and replying to comments

Select any comment thread to expand it. From there you can:
1

Read the full thread

Hivra loads the comment and any existing replies so you have full context before responding.
2

Type your reply

Click the reply field beneath the comment and type your response. The reply is attributed to the connected account for that platform.
3

Send

Press Send Reply (or click Enter on your keyboard) to post the reply directly to the platform in real time.

Liking comments

To like a comment, click the heart or thumbs-up icon next to it. The like is applied through the platform’s API and counts toward native engagement on that post. Unliking follows the same action — click the icon again to toggle it off.
Liking comments is a quick signal of acknowledgement when a full reply isn’t necessary — useful for high-volume posts where replying to every comment isn’t practical.

TikTok notes

TikTok does not expose reading user comments or replying through the API at this time. Hivra will add TikTok comment support as soon as it’s available.

Plan requirement

The Engagement inbox requires a Creator plan or higher. If you are on the Free plan, upgrade to Creator to unlock comment management across all connected platforms.
