Hivra offers three plans to fit individual creators, solopreneurs, and teams. All plans are billed in USD through PayPal. Choosing an annual billing cycle saves you 20% compared to paying month to month.

Annual pricing shown as the per-month equivalent. You are billed the full annual amount (144/yrforCreator,144/yr for Creator, 288/yr for Business) in a single charge at the start of each billing year.

Free

The Free plan is for individuals getting started with cross-platform video publishing. You get 5 uploads per month (publish now or scheduled completions combined), post scheduling, bulk uploads, and the first comment feature. The Free plan supports 1 workspace and 1 seat. Free plan accounts do not have access to Engagement (comment management) or Analytics.

Creator — 15/mo(15/mo (12/mo annually)

Creator is designed for individual creators and solopreneurs who publish regularly and want full platform access and performance insights. It includes everything in Free, plus:
  • Unlimited uploads — no monthly cap on publish or schedule completions
  • All 6 platforms — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Threads
  • Comment management — the Engagement inbox for reading and replying to comments
  • Analytics — cross-platform performance metrics, audience demographics, and Hivra Score
  • 1 workspace and 1 seat
Extra workspaces and seats are available as add-ons (see below).

Business — 30/mo(30/mo (24/mo annually)

Business is built for teams and agencies managing multiple brands or clients. It includes everything in Creator, plus:
  • 5 workspaces — manage separate brands, clients, or projects with their own connected accounts and libraries
  • 5 seats — invite up to 5 team members per billing account
  • Team collaboration — invite Admins and Members with configurable permissions
  • Publishing approvals workflow — require Owner or Admin sign-off before Member posts go live

Add-ons

Both Creator and Business subscribers can purchase add-ons to extend their workspace and seat limits:

Add-on pricing follows the same 20% annual discount as the base plan. Add-ons appear as line items on your PayPal subscription.

Upgrading your plan

Open Billing settings

Go to SettingsBilling in the left sidebar.

Select a new plan

Choose Creator or Business and your preferred billing period (monthly or annual).

Complete checkout via PayPal

Hivra processes all payments through PayPal. You will be directed to a PayPal checkout to authorise the subscription. Once confirmed, the upgrade takes effect immediately.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you have more workspaces or seats in use than your new plan allows, you will need to remove the excess before the downgrade completes.
Downgrading from Business to Creator or Free will remove access to team collaboration features and the publishing approvals workflow. Existing team members will lose workspace access if your seat count drops below the number of current members.

PayPal billing

Hivra uses PayPal for all subscription payments. You do not need a PayPal account — you can check out as a guest using a debit or credit card through PayPal’s checkout. To manage or update your payment method, go to SettingsBilling and follow the link to your PayPal subscription.
If you encounter an issue during PayPal checkout — for example, a payment failing or a subscription not activating — try clearing your browser cookies and retrying, or use a different browser. Contact support@hivra.app if the issue persists.
