Hivra offers three plans to fit individual creators, solopreneurs, and teams. All plans are billed in USD through our partner, Paddle. Choosing an annual billing cycle saves you 20% compared to paying month to month.

Plan comparison

X (Twitter) charges Hivra for every API call it makes on your behalf — reading posts, reading profiles, publishing, replying, and liking. To keep plans affordable, Creator and Business each include a monthly X API budget, shared across all your workspaces, that resets on the 1st of each month. Each add-on workspace adds $1.00 to your budget. The Free plan cannot connect an X account. See Settings → Plan & billing for your current usage.
Annual pricing shown as the per-month equivalent. You are billed the full annual amount ($144/year for Creator, and $288/yr for Business) in a single charge at the start of each billing year.

Free

The Free plan is for individuals getting started with cross-platform video publishing. You get 5 uploads per month (publish now or scheduled completions combined), post scheduling, bulk uploads, the first comment feature, and 5 AI Captions generations per day. The Free plan supports 1 workspace and 1 seat. Free plan accounts do not have access to Engagement (comment management) or Analytics. If you use the in-browser media editor to crop, adjust, or add text to a video or image before publishing, edits made on the Free plan carry a small Hivra watermark. Upgrading to Creator or Business removes it.
On the Free plan, your Library only retains post history for 7 days. A banner in the Library reminds you of this limit and links to upgrade. Older publish jobs are cleaned up automatically once they age past 7 days. Creator and Business plans retain unlimited Library history.

Creator — $15/mo ($12/mo annually)

Creator is designed for individual creators and solopreneurs who publish regularly and want full platform access and performance insights. It includes everything in Free, plus:
  • Unlimited uploads — no monthly cap on publish or schedule completions
  • All 6 platforms — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Threads
  • Comment management — the Engagement inbox for reading and replying to comments
  • Analytics — cross-platform performance metrics, audience demographics, and Hivra Score
  • AI Captions — 20 caption generations per day, up from 5 on Free
  • No watermark on edited media — edits made in the in-browser media editor no longer carry the Hivra watermark
  • 1 workspace and 1 seat
Extra workspaces and seats are available as add-ons (see below).

Business — $30/mo ($24/mo annually)

Business is built for teams and agencies managing multiple brands or clients. It includes everything in Creator, plus:
  • 5 workspaces — manage separate brands, clients, or projects with their own connected accounts and libraries
  • 5 seats — invite up to 5 team members per billing account
  • Team collaboration — invite Admins and Members with configurable permissions
  • Publishing approvals workflow — require Owner or Admin sign-off before Member posts go live
  • AI Captions — 40 caption generations per day, the highest of any plan

Add-ons

Both Creator and Business subscribers can purchase add-ons to extend their workspace and seat limits: Add-on pricing follows the same 20% annual discount as the base plan. Add-ons appear as line items on your Paddle subscription.
Each add-on workspace also adds $1.00 to your monthly X API budget, so teams that publish heavily to X get more headroom as they add workspaces.

Upgrading your plan

Open Billing settings

Go to Settings → Plan & billing in the left sidebar.

Select a new plan

Choose Creator or Business and your preferred billing period (monthly or annual).

Complete checkout via Paddle

Hivra processes all payments through our partner, Paddle. You will be directed to a Paddle checkout to authorise the subscription. Once confirmed, the upgrade takes effect immediately.

Cancelling your plan

Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you have more workspaces or seats in use than your new plan allows, they will be automatically deleted when your billing period ends.
Downgrading from Business to Creator or Free will remove access to team collaboration features and the publishing approvals workflow. Existing team members will lose workspace access if your seat count drops below the number of current members.

Paddle billing

Hivra uses Paddle for all subscription payments. To manage or update your payment method, go to Settings → Plan & billing and follow the link to your Paddle customer portal.
If you encounter an issue during Paddle checkout — for example, a payment failing or a subscription not activating — try clearing your browser cookies and retrying, or use a different browser. Contact support@hivra.app if the issue persists.
