Bulk upload lets you bring an entire batch of video clips into a single Composer session and send them to every connected platform without repeating the setup steps for each file. Each video you drop becomes its own independent publish job in the Library — they share the session’s baseline caption and account selections, but you can override any setting per file before you confirm.Documentation Index

How to bulk upload
Drop all your video files at once
Drag and drop multiple MP4 or MOV files into the upload area at the same time, or use the file picker to select multiple files. Every file you drop is added to the upload dock and begins processing immediately. You can continue adding more files while earlier ones are still uploading.
Select connected accounts
Toggle the account tiles for every platform you want to reach. The account selection applies to all files in the session by default.
Write a baseline caption
Type a baseline caption in the main caption field. This caption is used for every file in the batch unless you override it on individual files.
Override captions or settings per file
Select each file in the upload dock to open its settings panel. Here you can write a caption that applies only to that clip, pick a different thumbnail, or adjust platform-specific settings. Files without overrides inherit the baseline caption.
Shared captions vs. per-file overrides
The baseline caption is the starting point for every job in the batch. It is the most efficient way to handle copy that is consistent across all clips — for example, a campaign hashtag block or a call-to-action that does not change. When individual clips need different copy, open that file’s settings panel and type a per-file caption. The per-file caption fully replaces the baseline for that clip; it does not append to it.Per-platform caption overrides (for example, a different caption for TikTok vs. YouTube) are also available inside each file’s platform drawers, the same as in a single-video Composer session.
Bulk scheduling multiple clips
To schedule each clip at a different time:- Open the first file’s settings panel and click Schedule.
- Set the date and time for that clip.
- Repeat for each remaining file.
